Content Removal Policy
Dalieh.org maintains comprehensive content removal procedures in compliance with intellectual property laws (including DMCA), privacy regulations, and digital content statutes. We process takedown requests for various legal grounds including copyright infringement, privacy violations, defamation, non-consensual content, and illegal material.
As a user-generated content platform, our Terms of Service require all content contributors to verify they possess necessary rights and permissions. While our systems and moderation teams actively monitor for prohibited content, we depend on rights holders to report specific violations.
Upon receiving a valid removal request, our standard procedure includes:
- Prompt review of reported content (typically within 24 hours)
 - Immediate removal or disabling of infringing material
 - Notification to the content uploader regarding the action taken
 - Account restrictions or termination for repeat violations
 - Detailed record-keeping for compliance purposes

Required Information for Takedown Requests
To ensure efficient processing, your formal removal request must include:
- Requester Information: Full legal name, relationship to content, and authorization proof
 - Content Location: Complete direct URLs and file identifiers for each instance
 - Legal Basis: Specific statement identifying the violation type
 - Supporting Documentation: Evidence proving ownership or rights
 - Contact Details: Current physical address, phone number, and email
 - Accuracy Declaration: Signature and statement under penalty of perjury

We follow DMCA procedures for copyright claims and evaluate other submissions under applicable laws including GDPR and trademark regulations.
Submit complete takedown requests to our designated Compliance Officer. Incomplete submissions may experience processing delays. We may provide notice copies to content uploaders unless prohibited by law.
